  • Water

Method:

  2. In the same pan, add more mustard oil if needed. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  5. Add water to achieve the desired consistency of the curry. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add the fried fish pieces, cover, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  • 500g potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
  2. Add chopped green chili and turmeric powder. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the boiled and diced potatoes. Season with salt.

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • Water

Method:

  • 500g green beans, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
  2. Add slit green chilies and turmeric powder. Sauté for a minute.
