He has also been a certified trainer for cabin crew for international airlines. an attitude of gratitude and hard work coupled with a drive to do better every single day has listed him as a young achiever.

Chef Kaviraj is certified by the swiss hotel management university, american hotel & lodging- educational institute- U.S.A. Besides having specialised in over 33 plus international cuisines he is also known for fusion foods, innovative concepts, creative cooking styles from around the world.
His contribution to media in a number of ways has also been highly appreciated, having featured on food reality shows on star plus and colors television, carrying out assignments and consultancies on food design & photography for number of magazines on food, having featured his articles and recipes with over 50 plus
publications as on today across the globe have made his work visible and has gained alot of appreciation as well. Dr. Kaviraj is also a successful academician and has been associated with teaching & training the young generation who wish to be successful in the culinary and hospitality industry for 20 plus years now.
